It does not have to be January 1stto give yourself a chance to make the most out of your day. Every day is a new day and a fresh start to learn, grow, develop your strengths, heal (治愈)yourself from past regrets or hurts, and move forward (向前發(fā)展) older and wiser. Every day gives you a chance to reinvent (徹底改造) yourself. It is never too late to change things that arenot working in your life.
不一定非得要在1月1日才有機會最大限度地利用你的每一天,其實每一天都是一個全新的開始,讓我們?nèi)W(xué)習(xí),成長,發(fā)展自己的能力,讓自己從過去的悔恨和傷痛中痊愈,變得更加老練和睿智。每一天,我們都有機會根據(jù)以前所學(xué)的知識來改造和調(diào)整自己。今天試著去改變生活中那些無益的事情,永遠都不會太晚。
Each day is a new beginning and a piece of blank paper. How would you like to create your day? Think if it as a blank canvas (帆布)---what would you like to paint on it? If you wake up in a negative (消極的)mindset (心態(tài)), you are more likely to paint a dark picture throughout the day, and your picture will not show hope, happiness and joy.
每一天都是一個全新的開始,就像一張白紙。你想怎樣度過你的每一天?把它想象成一匹白色的布,你想在什么畫什么,你能實現(xiàn)什么?如果你消極地醒來,很可能就會讓這一整天都蒙上深色的基調(diào),而你的畫布上也不會體現(xiàn)出希望、幸福和喜悅。
If you take each day to think actively, and have a positive intention(意圖;目的) for how you would like to create your day, how would your life be different? What positive outcome can reflect your positive intention?

Visualizing(設(shè)想) how you would like your day will help release (釋放)positive energy from within you and you will attract more positive energy from those around you.

With a focus on positive intentions, you feel more empowered and more like a “victor” than a “victim”.

You are more mindful of the present, and will be more likely to live fully in the present each moment of each day. After all, the past is a great place to visit, but you don’t want to live there.
活在當(dāng)下,就更有可能充實地過好現(xiàn)在的每一天。畢竟,過去只是一個回憶的好地方,而你不會想就活在過去。
So how about starting each day taking a moment to think of a positive intention for the day? Each morning, write itd own and reflect each evening on how you did!
所以為何不在每天伊始之時,花一點時間思考一下今天可做的事呢?每天早上都把自己的目標寫下來,每天晚上反思你所做的。
